Report Employer Workers' Compensation Violators!
There is a false perception that workers' compensation fraud and other violations are only committed by claimants. In fact, employer fraud and rule violations are an epidemic problem in Florida workers' compensation. The Florida Division of Workers' Compensation has set up a "whistle blower" web site to receive reports of employer fraud.
