Florida Workers' Comp Medical Costs Increase

According to a new report by the Workers Compensation Research Institute, medical costs have continued to rise, despite the major changes enacted in 2003. Much of the increase was due to physical medicine and physical therapy. Despite increases in medical costs, most Claimants have received inferior medical benefits, according to attorney Randy Zeldin.
